Cook spinach according to package; drain.
Combine all ingredients except tomatoes.
Make into small patties to fit on top of 1/2 tomato.
Put on cookie sheet, freeze, then bag.
To serve, place patty on tomato half, put in oven at 350Β° and bake 30 minutes if frozen, 20 minutes if thawed.
