Spinach Salad is an impressive dinner. Made with 1 lb. spinach, 3 hard boiled cooked eggs, 5 to 6 green onions chopped, 1 c. fresh mushrooms chopped and 4 slices fry crumbled bacon, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Combine spinach, onion, mushrooms and eggs in large bowl.

In a small mixing bowl; combine oil, sugar, vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, catsup and spices, mix well.

(This makes extra dressing mix that can be use later for other salads. Keep in refrigerator.) Add dressing mix; and top with tomatoes, garlic croutons (if desired) and bacon.
