Spinach Quiche
Spinach Quiche is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3/4 c. shredded sharp cheddar cheese, 3/4 c. shredded monterey jack cheese, 4 slices bacon, 6 oz. lean sausage and 1/4 c. diced onion, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.
Saute sausage and drain on paper towel.
Saute bacon, drain and crumble.
Saute mushrooms and onion.
Microwave spinach on high 4 to 6 minutes, drain well and chop.
Add 1 Tbsp. flour.
Mix all ingredients in large bowl.
Pour into pie crust.
Bake at 400° for 15 minutes.
Reduce heat to 350° and bake additional 15 minutes.

6 servings.
