Spinach Meat Loaf
Spinach Meat Loaf is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 pkg. frozen chopped spinach, 1 egg, 1/3 c. tomato paste, 1/4 c. bread crumbs and 1 tsp. italian seasoning, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Mix egg, tomato paste, crumbs, Italian seasoning, garlic and onion powder.
Stir in spinach which has been squeezed and dry. Add meat mix well.
Bake for 40 minutes, top with catsup and Parmesan cheese, bake 5 - 10 minutes more or until done.
Let stand 10 minutes before slicing.
