Spinach Kimchee
Spinach Kimchee is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 to 4 cloves garlic, 2 to 4 green onions, 2 to 4 tbsp. sugar, 2 tbsp. korean ko chu chong paste (paprika paste) and 2 tbsp. korean red pepper, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Wash and drain spinach.
Blanch spinach in boiling water about 60 seconds.
Rinse immediately in cold water, drain and squeeze. Add all ingredients after placing in glass bowl.
Mix by hand. Place in glass container.
Eat fresh with white rice or refrigerate!
