Spinach In A Bread Bowl is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. mayonnaise, 1 c. sour cream, 1 (8 oz.) can water chestnuts, chopped, 2 tbsp. onion, minced and 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained well, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Combine all ingredients except bread.
Cut circle in top of one loaf of bread.
Hollow it out.
Put filling inside.
Cut remaining loaf into cubes.
Serve with small knife to spread filling on cubes.
