Made with 1 c. sour cream (i prefer borden), 1 c. mayonnaise (not salad dressing), 1 pkg. chopped frozen spinach, thawed and drained *, 1 can sliced water chestnuts and 1 pkg. knorr dry vegetable soup mix, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.
