Grate cheese. Defrost and drain spinach (do not cook). In a 9 x 13 x 2-inch pan, melt butter. Beat eggs and add flour, milk, salt and baking powder. Mix well. Add cheese and well drained spinach. (Optional, 1/2 cup chopped green onions to be added with spinach.) Pour into buttered pan and bake about 30 to 35 minutes at 350°. Remove from oven and cool until set. Cut into small squares. May be frozen. To serve, heat at 325° about 10 minutes. If cut into larger squares, this is a nice dish with ham or chicken for luncheon. It makes about 25 cocktail-size servings or 12 larger servings.
