Spinach Cheese Pie
Spinach Cheese Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach, fully drained, 6 eggs, 1 lb. mozzarella, grated, 1 lb. ricotta and 1 lb. hot italian sausage, browned and dried, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Combine ingredients.
Put in pie crust shell (Pillsbury preformed sheets are excellent for the top; deep dish shell for bottom).
Prepare crust top with design of choice (we make leaves with trimmings), being sure to cut out a center hole and other cuts for steam release.
Baste the entire shell top with egg yolk.
Bake at 350Β° for 1 hour (plus 15 minutes, depending upon oven temperature).
Rebaste after 45 minutes.
Serve cool.
Yields 12 average servings.
