Spinach Casserole
Spinach Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 (10 oz.) pkg. chopped spinach, cooked and well drained, 2 tbsp. butter or margarine, 1 bunch green onions, sliced, 1 c. milk and 2 eggs, slightly beaten, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Preheat oven to 450Β°.
Heat butter in a small pan and saute the onions.
Combine cooked spinach, onions, milk, eggs and Mozzarella cheese in a bowl.
Blend well.
Turn into a shallow baking pan and sprinkle with both crumbs and Parmesan cheese.
Bake 15 minutes.
Serves 6.
