Spinach Casserole
Spinach Casserole is an easy dinner. Made with 4 pkg. frozen chopped spinach, 1 (8 oz.) cream cheese, 1 c. sour cream, 1 dried lipton onion soup mix and 8 oz. shredded mozzarella cheese, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Cook and drain well the spinach.
Pat extra moisture out on paper towels.
Stir in cream cheese, sour cream and dried onion soup mix.
Pour into ungreased 8 1/2 x 11-inch or 9 x 12-inch casserole.
Top with Mozzarella cheese.
Bake at 350Β° for 25 to 30 minutes.
Cover for 1/2 the baking time, then uncover until cheese melts.
