Cook spinach according package directions.

Drain well until almost dry.

Skillet melt butter and add onion. Saute for 2 to 3 minutes, remove from heat and add the rest of the ingredients.

Mix well.

Tablespoons of spinach filling down center of square.

The opposite edges together over filling form a tube.

Place cannelloni in baking dish with a single layer of tomato sauce, sprinkled with Parmesan cheese.

Repeat until all cannelloni are formed.
