Spinach-Artichoke Dip
Spinach-Artichoke Dip is an easy dinner. Made with 2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach, thawed, 1 c. parmesan cheese, 2 c. mayonnaise, 2 (6 oz.) cans artichoke hearts (unmarinated) and 2 small cans diced green chiles, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Defrost and drain spinach well (can thaw in micro).
Drain artichoke hearts and cut in quarters.
Mix Parmesan cheese, mayonnaise, chiles, spinach and artichoke heart pieces.
Pour mixture into quiche pan.
Cook at 350Β° for 30 minutes or until lightly brown.
Serve with tortilla chips.
