Spinach-Artichoke Dip
Spinach-Artichoke Dip is an easy dinner. Made with 1 c. mayonnaise, 1 c. grated parmesan cheese, 1 (4 oz.) can chopped green chiles, 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen, chopped spinach, cooked and well drained and 2 (6 oz.) jars marinated artichoke hearts, drained and chopped, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.
Preheat broiler.
In a medium-sized bowl, combine the mayonnaise, cheese, chiles, spinach and artichoke hearts.
Pour mixture into 9-inch pie pan.
Place 6-inches under broiler and cook until lightly browned, about 5 minutes.
Serve with tortilla chips or large corn chips.
