Spinach Artichoke Dip
Spinach Artichoke Dip is an easy dinner. Made with 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen, chopped spinach, 1 c. grated parmesan cheese, 1 c. mayonnaise, 1 (6 oz.) jar artichoke hearts (marinated) and 1 small can diced green chilies, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Defrost and drain spinach well.
Drain artichoke hearts and cut in quarters.
Mix cheese, mayonnaise, chilies, spinach and artichoke heart pieces.
Pour mixture into medium size quiche pan or Pyrex dish.
Place under broiler for several minutes until top is brown.
Serve with crackers or tortilla strips.
