Spinach-Artichoke Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach, thawed and well drained, 1 (6 oz.) jar marinated artichoke hearts, drained, 1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened, 1/4 c. milk and 1/4 tsp. freshly ground pepper, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Combine spinach and artichokes.
Combine cream cheese and next three ingredients.
Stir into spinach mixture.
Spoon mixture into a lightly greased 1 1/2-quart casserole dish.
Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
Bake covered at 350Β° for 30 minutes and uncovered for an additional 10 minutes.
