Spinach-Artichoke Casserole
Spinach-Artichoke Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained, 1 (14 oz.) can artichoke hearts, drained and quartered, 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, 1/2 c. butter or margarine and salt and pepper to taste, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Place cream cheese and margarine in a large casserole dish. Melt in microwave over low heat, stirring frequently, to blend. Add spinach, artichoke hearts, salt and pepper.
Mix thoroughly. Sprinkle top with bread crumbs.
Bake in a 350Β° oven until heated throughout (about 30 minutes).
