Spinach Artichoke Casserole
Spinach Artichoke Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 (10 oz.) pkg. chopped frozen spinach, 1 pkg. frozen or 1 can artichoke hearts, 1/2 c. butter, melted, 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened and 1 tsp. lemon juice, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.
Preheat oven to 350°. Grease casserole dish.
Cook spinach and artichoke hearts according to directions on packages.
To cooked spinach, add butter, cream cheese and lemon juice.
Blend together.
Place artichoke hearts that have been quartered or halved into bottom of greased casserole dish; add spinach mixture.
Top with cracker crumbs or stuffing mix.
Bake at 350° for 25 minutes.
