In large pot, cook ziti as package directs; cook spinach and drain.

Squeeze to remove excess moisture.

In a large bowl, combine spinach, Ricotta, eggs, Parmesan, pepper and nutmeg. Preheat oven to 375Β°.

Drain ziti and return to pot.

Add spaghetti sauce and oregano.

Place half the ziti in a 12 1/2 x 8 1/2-inch clear shallow baking dish.

Add all of the spinach mixture and half the Mozzarella.
