Spicy Vegetable Soup is an impressive dinner. Made with 1 lb. burger 'n loaf, 1 c. chopped onion, 2 cloves garlic, pressed, 1 (30 oz.) jar chunky spaghetti sauce with mushrooms and pepper and 1 (10 oz.) can beef broth, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Cook the first 3 ingredients in a large Dutch oven over medium heat.
Add spaghetti sauce and the next 6 ingredients.
Bring to a boil; cover and reduce heat.
Simmer 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Stir in tomatoes, chiles and vegetables.
Return to a boil.
Cover and simmer 10 to 12 minutes or until vegetables are tender.
Yields 12 cups.
