Spicy Mushrooms is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. fresh mushrooms, 3/4 c. wine vinegar, 1/4 c. water, 1/2 c. salad oil and 1 bay leaf, broken, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Wash mushrooms; combine remaining ingredients (except garlic and parsley).
Boil for 5 minutes.
Pour over mushrooms and stir well.
Add garlic.
Cover and refrigerate at least 12 hours.
Stir and turn occasionally.
Sprinkle with parsley.
Drain and serve.
