Spicy Mexican Chicken
Spicy Mexican Chicken is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (2 or 3 lb.) fryer, 1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup, 1 c. ro-tel tomatoes, 1 tbsp. garlic powder and 1 tbsp. chili powder, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.
Cook chicken, debone and cut in small pieces.
Place Doritos in a 9 1/2 x 9 1/2-inch baking dish.
Mix ingredients together with part of cheese.
Pour onto Doritos; cover with rest of cheese.
Can use more cheese, if you like.
Bake at 350Β° for about 35 minutes. Very good covered dish meal.
