Spicy Italian Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 3/4 c. elbows (8 oz., uncooked), 2 large tomatoes, cut into wedges, 1 (4 oz.) pkg. sliced pepperoni, halved, 1 c. (4 oz.) cheddar cheese, cut into 1/4-inch cubes and 1/2 c. chopped green pepper, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Cook elbows according to package directions; drain well. Cool.
Combine cooled elbows, tomato wedges, pepperoni, cheese, green pepper, celery, onion and salad dressing; toss lightly. Place in a lettuce-lined bowl and garnish with ripe olive halves, if desired.
Cover and chill.
