Spicy Chicken Soup
Spicy Chicken Soup is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. skinned chicken breasts, cut into 1 1/2-inch slices, 3 c. water, 1 (28 oz.) can whole tomatoes, 1 (8 oz.) pkg. frozen cut green beans and 1 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. In a large saucepan, combine all ingredients, except pinto beans.
Bring to boil over high heat; reduce heat.
Cover. Simmer 45 to 55 minutes or until flavors are blended together and chicken is tender.
Add pinto beans.
Continue simmering 20 minutes.
