Spicy Cashew Chicken
Spicy Cashew Chicken is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3/4 lb. boneless chicken breasts, 2 tbsp. oil, 2 tbsp. oyster sauce, 8 green onions, cut into 2-inch lengths and 1 to 5 whole dried red chili peppers, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Thinly slice the chicken.
Heat oil in a wok and add the garlic.
Stir-fry until it is light brown.
Add the chicken and oyster sauce; cook for 4 to 6 minutes.
Reduce the heat to medium. Add green onions, red chili peppers and cashew nuts.
Mix well. Place the lettuce leaves on a platter and top with the chicken mixture.
