Spicy Carrot Bread
Spicy Carrot Bread is an impressive dinner. Made with 4 c. all-purpose flour, 2 tsp. cinnamon, 1 tsp. baking soda, 1 3/4 tsp. baking powder and 3 eggs, beaten, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.
In a large bowl, combine first four dry ingredients.
Beat eggs and mix with the next six ingredients.
Add carrots and mix all together until moistened.
Spoon batter into 2 greased loaf (8 1/2 x 4 1/2 x 2 1/2-inch) pans.
Preheat oven to 325Β° and bake for 60 to 70 minutes.
Insert toothpick until it comes out clean. Cool 10 minutes and remove from pans.
