Spiced Apple Wedges is an easy dinner. Made with 4 small apples (about 1 lb.), 3/4 c. sugar, 2 tbsp. margarine, 1/2 tsp. cinnamon and 1 1/2 c. water, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Peel and core apples.
Cut into wedges and set aside.
In a large skillet, combine sugar, margarine and cinnamon.
Add water. Cook and stir over medium heat until water boils and sugar dissolves.
Add apple wedges to syrup.
Return to boiling.
Reduce heat.
Simmer, uncovered, 10 to 15 minutes or until just tender.
