Spice Tea
Spice Tea is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. sweetened pineapple juice, 2 c. cranberry cocktail juice, 1 c. water, 1 tbsp. brown sugar and 1 tsp. whole cloves, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

In a percolator or in a pan on the stove eye, mix pineapple juice, cranberry juice and water.
If you are using a percolator, in the basket, mix the brown sugar, cloves and stick cinnamon.
If you are using a pan on the stove, mix the brown sugar, cloves and stick of cinnamon with the juices and bring to a slow boil.
Serve while the mixture is hot.
Makes 10 cups.
