Special K Cookies is an easy dinner. Made with 1 c. sugar, 1 c. light corn syrup, 1 (12 oz.) jar peanut butter (1 1/2 c.), 2 tsp. vanilla and 5 c. special k cereal, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

Stir sugar and syrup together. Bring to a boil. Remove from heat.
Stir in peanut butter and mix well.
Add vanilla to cereal. Drop by teaspoon onto waxed paper.
Makes 6 dozen.
