Spanish Peanut Cookies
Spanish Peanut Cookies is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. shortening (part butter), 1 1/2 c. brown sugar, packed, 2 eggs, 2 tsp. vanilla and 3 c. flour, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Heat oven to 375Β°.
Mix thoroughly the shortening, sugar, eggs and vanilla.
Sift together dry ingredients and stir in.
Add peanuts.
Drop rounded teaspoonfuls about 2 inches apart onto greased cookie sheet.
Flatten with glass dipped in water, then sugar.
Bake about 10 minutes.
Makes about 6 dozen cookies.
