Spamwiches
Spamwiches is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 c. spam (large size), grated, 2 c. colby cheese, grated, 4 tbsp. onion, thinly diced, 4 tbsp. green pepper, thinly diced and 2 tbsp. pimento, diced, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Mix all ingredients, except buns, throughly.
Spread on buttered hot dog buns and wrap in foil for oven baking or Saran Wrap for the microwave.
Bake 15 minutes at 325Β° (preheated) oven. Bake on High in microwave just long enough to heat through. Freeze leftover sandwiches and thaw before baking.
A great sandwich to keep in the freezer for snacks.
Just be careful on that first bite.
It is hot.
