Spaghettini Bolognese
Spaghettini Bolognese is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/4 lb. mushrooms, sliced, 1 carrot, sliced, 1 clove garlic, crushed, 1/2 c. each chopped onion, celery and green pepper and 2 tbsp. wesson oil, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Saute mushrooms, carrot, garlic, onion, celery and green pepper in Wesson oil in Dutch oven.
Add sausage; cook until sausage loses redness.
Drain fat.
Add remaining ingredients. Simmer, uncovered, 40 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Serve over hot, cooked spaghettini.
Makes 4 to 6 servings.
