Spaghetti Sauce
Spaghetti Sauce is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 tbsp. corn oil, 1 c. chopped onion, 3 cloves garlic, minced, 1/2 c. chopped parsley and 2 (28 oz.) cans tomatoes, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

In a 5-quart Dutch oven, heat corn oil over medium heat.
Add onion, garlic and parsley.
Cook, stirring constantly, for 1 minute.
Place tomatoes in blender and blend on high speed for 30 seconds or until chopped.
Add to onion mixture.
Stir in remaining ingredients.
Bring to a boil.
Reduce heat and simmer, stirring occasionally, for 45 minutes.
Yield
6 cups.
