Spaghetti Sauce
Spaghetti Sauce is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 to 3 medium onions, diced, 1 large bell pepper, diced, 2 to 3 cloves garlic, diced, 1 lb. lean ground meat and 2 (16 oz.) cans tomatoes, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

In large frying pan, saute onions, bell pepper and garlic in 1 tablespoon olive oil until tender.
Pour into large Dutch oven. Then brown meat and add to onions, pepper and garlic.
Mix tomatoes, tomato paste and sugar into meat and vegetable mixture. Cook, covered, on high until mixture starts to bubble, watching carefully.
Turn down to low and cook 4 hours, stirring every now and then.
Serve over cooked spaghetti noodles.
Serves about 8.
