Spaghetti Salad
Spaghetti Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. thin spaghetti, cooked & drained, 1 large can black olives, cut up, 3 cucumbers, peeled and cubed, 1 large stick pepperoni, cut in pieces and 1 brick muenster cheese (about 1/2 lb.), cubed, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Mix all ingredients together, except tomatoes, and refrigerate over night. The next day, (since seasonings drain to the bottom) mix well. Then add tomatoes, cut up.
Can be served on lettuce leaves or as a side dish. Makes a good buffet dish.
OPTIONAL: Can add cut up fresh mushrooms, green or red peppers, chunks of chicken or tuna, celery, other cheeses, etc.
