Spaghetti Primavera
Spaghetti Primavera is an impressive pasta dish you can prepare in about 1 hour 10 minutes. Made with c. butter, c. sliced fresh mushrooms, c. slivered green pepper, c. chopped onion and garlic, crushed and chopped, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.
Melt butter in medium frypan.
Saute mushrooms, green pepper, onion and garlic until tender.
Add broccoli, tomato, parsley and oregano to pan; heat through, stirring occasionally.
Spoon vegetable mixture over spaghetti; toss well to coat.
Add salt and pepper to taste.
Sprinkle each serving with Parmesan cheese. Makes 4 servings.
