Spaghetti Pizza
Spaghetti Pizza is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. thin spaghetti, broken into thirds, cooked and drained, 2 eggs, 1/2 c. milk, 6 c. shredded mozzarella and shake of garlic powder, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.
Cook and drain spaghetti.
In large bowl, mix eggs, milk, Mozzarella cheese (3 cups) and a shake of garlic powder.
Add spaghetti to this mixture and spread in greased pans, 2 (9 x 13-inch).
Bake 15 minutes at 350° until bubbly.
Brown hamburger; add Prego.
Add oregano and basil.
Spread over spaghetti mixture. Can be frozen at this point before baking.
Place slices of pepperoni all over top and sprinkle the remaining 3 cups of Mozzarella cheese.
Bake 20 minutes at 350°.
