Spaghetti Pie
Spaghetti Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 8 oz. thin spaghetti, broken in half, 2 eggs, 1/4 c. grated parmesan cheese, 1/2 c. chopped green pepper and 1/3 c. chopped onion, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.
Cook spaghetti as directed on box.
Drain.
Beat eggs and cheese.
Add warm drained spaghetti and toss.
In a 10-inch greased pie pan, pour mixture to form a crust.
Set aside.
Saute peppers and onions until tender.
Add sour cream.
Pour into spaghetti crust.
Cook sausage well, breaking it with a spoon.
Drain fat. Add water, tomato paste to sausage and mix well.
Heat to boil and simmer, uncovered, for 10 minutes.
Pour over pie.
Cover with foil and bake at 350Β° for 25 minutes.
Remove foil.
Sprinkle Mozzarella cheese over top.
Bake 5 minutes until cheese melts.
Let set 5 minutes.
Cut into serving portions.
