Spaghetti Pie
Spaghetti Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 6 oz pkg spaghetti, 2 eggs, beaten, 1/4 c grated parmesan cheese, 2 tbsp butter and 1/3 c chopped onion, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Break spaghetti in half; cook in boiling water until tender and drain.
While spaghetti is warm, combine with eggs and parmesan cheese, and pour into well greased 10 inch pie pan.
Gently press mixture up and around sides.
Saute onions in melted butter, cool and stir in sour cream, gently place over spaghetti mixture. combine sausage, tomato paste and water, pour over sour cream mixture.
Bake at 350Β° for 25 minutes.
Sprinkle with mozzarella cheese and allow to melt.
