Spaghetti Pie
Spaghetti Pie is an impressive dinner. Made with 2 tbsp. butter, 1/3 c. grated parmesan cheese, 2 eggs, beaten, 1 c. ricotta cheese and 1 c. mozzarella cheese, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Cook and drain spaghetti; add butter, cheese and eggs.
Form into crust in a 10-inch glass pie pan, buttered.
Spread Ricotta cheese on spaghetti crust.
Fill pie with meat sauce.
Bake, uncovered, at 350° for 20 minutes.
Sprinkle Mozzarella cheese (shredded) over top.
Bake 7 minutes longer, until cheese melts. Let stand a few minutes before slicing.
