Cook butter, onion, garlic and meat in a heavy skillet until brown.
Break up meat with a fork.
Add the tomatoes, tomato paste and seasonings.
Simmer the mixture until slightly thickened consistency.
Season if necessary.
Pour sauce over center of cooked spaghetti placed on a platter.
Serve with Parmesan cheese.
