Made with 1 1/2 lb. beef top round steak, 1/4 c. lime juice (fresh), 1/4 c. bottled steak sauce, 1/4 c. salsa (mild, medium, hot your choice) and 1 tbsp. oil, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Combine lime juice, steak sauce, salsa, oil, garlic and pepper in small saucepan.

Bring to a boil; reduce heat.

Simmer uncovered for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Place steak in a plastic bag or marinating container; add cooled marinade, turning to coat.

Close bag or container and marinate in the refrigerator for at least 8 hours, preferably overnight. Remove steak from marinade and discard marinade.

Place steak on medium heat grill.

Grill steak 12 to 14 minutes for rare to medium, turning once.
