Southwestern Chicken
Southwestern Chicken is an easy dinner. Made with 1/2 c. southwestern seasoning, 1 egg white, 4 (6 oz.) skinned chicken breast halves and vegetable cooking spray, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.
Place 1/2 cup Southwestern Seasoning in a large Ziploc heavy-duty plastic bag.
Lightly beat egg white in a shallow dish; dip chicken into egg white, turning to coat.
Add chicken to bag; seal bag and shake to coat.
Place chicken on a 15 x 10 x 1-inch jelly-roll pan coated with cooking spray.
Lightly coat chicken with cooking spray.
Bake at 400Β° for 45 minutes or until done. Yields 4 servings.
