👨‍🍳 Instructions

Roll roast in 1/2 of the chili powder.

Combine the remaining chili powder with the jelly and heat on low heat in a small saucepan.

Use 1/2 of this glaze to pour over the roast in pan.

Cover and bake at 350° to 375° for 75 to 90 minutes.

Use your judgment - temperature and time depend on your oven.

Check directions on label of roast if needed.

When roast is done, remove cover and spoon the remainder of the glaze over the roast.

Set aside until you are ready to serve.
