Southern Pecan Pie
Southern Pecan Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 tbsp. butter or margarine, 1 c. brown sugar, packed, 2 tbsp. flour, 1 c. light corn syrup and 3 eggs, well beaten, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Heat oven to 400°.
Work butter in a bowl until creamy.
Stir in sugar and flour; mix well.
Add syrup and eggs.
Beat until mixture is fluffy.
Stir in nuts, vanilla and salt.
Pour mixture into pastry shell.
Bake 15 minutes.
Lower heat to 350°. Continue to bake 30 to 35 minutes longer or until center is firm. Serves 6 to 8.
