Southern Pecan Pie
Southern Pecan Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 eggs, 2/3 c. sugar, salt, 1 c. dark or light karo syrup or 1/2 c. each and 1/4 c. melted oleo, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Beat the eggs thoroughly with sugar, dash of salt, Karo syrup (I use 1/2 cup dark and 1/2 cup light) and oleo. Add pecan halves. Pour into unbaked pie shell.
Bake at 350Β° for 50 minutes or until golden and done.
Cool before cutting.
