Southern Crab Cakes
Southern Crab Cakes is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. cooked crab meat (freed of membrane), 1 1/2 tsp. salt, 1 tsp. dry mustard, 2 tsp. worcestershire sauce and 1 egg yolk, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.
Mix first 7 ingredients together.
Press mixture into 8 firm cakes.
Chill well.
Just before serving, dip cakes in flour, then in bread crumbs.
Melt small amount of butter in frying pan; saute cakes quickly over high heat until golden brown, turning once.
Serve on warm platter.
