Southern Corn Pudding
Southern Corn Pudding is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 pkg. frozen corn (16 oz.), 3/4 c. white sugar, 1 tbsp. flour, 3 eggs, beaten and 1/2 stick margarine, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

Thaw corn, to separate grains, in large mixing bowl. Thoroughly mix dry ingredients, add them to corn to mix.
In separate bowl beat eggs slightly, add milk and beat mixing well. Stir egg mixture into corn mix.
Put margarine in 2-quart baking dish to melt.
Pour pudding mixture into dish with melted butter and mix.
Bake uncovered at 375Β° for 45 minutes stirring halfway through.
