South Seas Pork Tenderloin
South Seas Pork Tenderloin is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 1/2 lb. pork tenderloin, 1 1/4 cups orange juice, 1/2 cup teriyaki marinade sauce, 2 tbsp. honey and 1/4 tsp pepper, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.
Trim fat from tenderloin.
Combine pork and next 6 ingredients in a ziploc bag.
Seal and marinate in the refrigerator 8 hours or overnight.
Prepare the grill, place pork on rack.
Grill 12 minutes, turning frequently and basting with reserved marinade. Grill pineapple and pork for 8 additional minutes, turning and basting.
