South Haven Cheese Potatoes
South Haven Cheese Potatoes is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 lb. bag ore-ida hash browns, thawed, 1/2 stick oleo, 1/2 c. chopped onions, 1 can cream of chicken soup and 1 c. sour cream, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.
Melt oleo in small pan.
Add onions and saute.
In large bowl, mix potatoes, onions, oleo, soup, sour cream and Cheddar cheese. Set some cheese aside for top.
Spread in 9 x 13-inch pan. Toss; set aside cheese over top.
Bake for 1 hour in 350Β° oven. (I spray pan with Pam before putting in potato mixture.)
